Shipping process

Online orders are shipped via Olympex Global (sometimes delivered by DHL) and the cost is calculated at checkout. All our shipping is carbon neutral.

For guaranteed delivery prior to Christmas, place your order before December 19th. After this date, pick up is available where items are in stock otherwise please see our store opening hours here.

Shipping is complimentary within the UK on orders over £250.

All orders are processed and dispatched within one to two business days with next-day delivery within the UK, once shipped.

For any items not in stock, please allow approximately 6 – 10 weeks for the items to be handmade in Sydney and shipped internationally. Once your order has arrived in our London store, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Pick-up process

We offer in store pick-up from our W2, London store. We’ll be in touch via email or phone when your order is ready to collect.
