Covid-19 update: We continue to process online orders to the UK and Europe with longer delivery times.

Holiday delivery timing

All online stock reflects our live inventory from our London showroom, so you can see what we can deliver to you in time for the festive season!

In order to fulfill your dinner set and gifting needs this festive season, make sure to get in early this year. Our holiday shipping cut-off dates for INSTOCK ITEMS are:

Europe — last orders 10 December 2020
UK — last orders 15 December 2020

Shipping process

Online orders are processed and dispatched within two-three business days. For any items not in stock, please allow approximately ten-twelve weeks for the items to be handmade in Sydney and shipped internationally. Once your order has arrived in our London store, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Pick-up process

We offer in store pick-up from our London showroom. We’ll be in touch via email or phone when your order is ready to collect.
